Cancellation of appointments
Appointments can be canceled through the web booking system or by calling our customer service tel. (03) 256 39555.
Cancellation of an individual appointment, meeting or similar must be done by 4 pm on the previous working day.
If the employee fails to arrive at the appointment without cancelling the appointment, the client company is obliged to pay the price of the basic visit according to the price list.
