In OmaFinla, you can easily and securely connect with occupational health care.
- First time you log in to the service with your online banking ID.
- In the future, you will be able to log in to the service using your online banking ID or personal identification number and the password you have set.
You can find OmaFinla mobile application from application store on your mobile phone.
In OmaFinla you can find
- On call chat – You can contact a nurse at Finla customer service during the opening hours by chat. Chat is open Mon-Thu 7-18 Fri 7-16 Sat 10-14.
- Chat with your company’s appointed nurse in non-urgent matters
- Video reception – You can access the video reception you have booked.
- Web booking – You can book appointment times
The OmaFinla remote services are available to clients whose employer has a remote service agreement with us.
To use OmaFinla, you need:
- Network connection via PC, tablet or smartphone.
- The service works on Android phones, various desktop browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) and on iPads and iPhones.
- Video reception requires an additional camera, microphone and speakers (headphones).
