Wellbeing at work OR Wellbeing at work in Changes: lectures
For the workplace communities that are undergoing change, as well as employees and staff members who need support in processing and adapting to change.
Also for those interested in workplace dynamics and the stages of team development.
What to expect?
This lecture explores working life skills from both leadership and followership perspectives.
Particular emphasis is placed on examining these skills within the context of organizational change.
Because the change affects the functioning of the work community, this lecture also covers the stages of team formation.
In addition the lecture examines recovery from work and well-being tools from the perspective of brain ergonomics.

According to Sections 34§-36§ of the Value Added Tax Act, VAT is not payable on the sale of occupational health services that are considered health and medical care services. To the extent that taxable services or products are sold in addition to health services, VAT is added to the prices. Taxable services include, for example, group activities, first aid courses, job guidance, social services, lectures and training.
