Information for new customers

The doors of Siperia shopping center will be closed to the public on Monday, August 3, 2026 due to a comprehensive renovation of the shopping center. This will affect the arrival of Finla Occupational Health at Finlayson station. The renovation is scheduled to last until summer 2027. See more detailed arrival instructions below.

Finlayson’s occupational health center is located in the Media54 end tower of Siperia shopping center.

Entrances during the renovation of Siperia shopping center:

From Satakunnankatu 18, staircases B and A

• From Satakunnankatu, staircase B, Finla sign on the wall. The 4th floor can be reached by the customer elevator or using the stairs of staircase B.
• The staircase A on Satakunnankatu is right next to the bridge over Tammerkoski (there is an elevator in the lobby to the 1st floor). After the elevator, turn left into the corridor and Finla’s customer elevator will be on the left side of the fire doors. This entrance is accessible.
  • Register at the machine in the Finla lobby or at the information desk. Get instructions to the correct waiting room.

Via Finlaysoninkuja

You can also reach us via Finlaysoninkuja by walking all the way to the end of the building, where the entrance is next to the Finlayson Meetings restaurant and conference facilities. Walk past Meetings and turn right. You will see the customer elevator to Finla at the end of the corridor. This entrance is accessible.

You cannot go through the Siperia shopping center

The renovation of the shopping center means that our customers will no longer be able to go through the shopping center to us. Therefore, all entrances on Itäinenkatu* are out of use for our customers. (*The street on the side of the Plevna brewery and the Plevna cinema.) The renovation is expected to last until summer 2027.

More arrival instructions and parking information can be found in the Finlayson area arrival instructions here. The nearest parking garage is P-​Plevna by the Plevna cinema (entrance at Polttimonkatu 5) and there are also a few paid parking spaces in the backyard of the Finlayson area.
