Finla’s self-monitoring program

The Supervision Act, which entered into force at the turn of 2024, provides for the supervision of social and healthcare services, as well as the operating conditions, registration and self-supervision of service providers.

Service providers must draw up a self-supervision plan for the tasks and services for which they are responsible. The plan describes how the service provider organises and implements its self-supervision. Above you will find Finla Occupational Health’s self-supervision plan. The self-supervision plan is reviewed and updated annually or, if necessary, when the operations or operating environment change.
