Queuing and callback service
If your call is not answered within a few minutes, you can leave a callback request. The maximum waiting time is 6 minutes, after which the system will automatically make a callback request for you. (Note! the automatic callback request does not recognize a secret phone number) By leaving a callback request, you will not lose your place in the queue, you do not have to wait on the lines, but our operators will call you back when your place in the queue becomes available. The time of the callback depends entirely on the matters to be handled: calls can last from a few minutes to even tens of minutes.
The busiest time for our customer service is always Monday morning and afternoon. If your matter is not urgent, it is best to call customer service at another time.
