At Finla, we specialize in occupational health. This means that we focus on early intervention, rapid access to treatment, the development of working conditions, and open cooperation with both our individual and corporate customers. A multi-professional health care team specialized in occupational health is always at your disposal.
Our customer service, Walo, is staffed by healthcare professionals who respond to chat messages and phone calls. They assess your treatment needs during the initial contact and refer you to the right professional. For example, if you have injured your shoulder at work, it may be wise to go directly to a physiotherapist. This speeds up access to treatment and shortens the treatment path.
You can also book appointments yourself through OmaFinla, but if you are not sure what you should do, you can always ask our customer service for help with a nurse on duty via chat or by phone.
In the event of illness, you can contact Finla Työterveys during customer service hours by phone or via the OmaFinla application. You can also book an appointment via the website.
Outside of service hours and in an acute situation, please contact the emergency service at 116117. The service is free of charge and open 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
If the accident is life-threatening or serious, call the emergency number 112 or go directly to the emergency department.
If the accident is not serious and occurs during the opening hours of the occupational health center, you can come to the reception of Finla Työterveys by making an appointment. Occupational health is the right place to treat minor injuries and assess the need for further treatment.
If the accident occurs outside opening hours, you can call the free Emergency Service, tel. 116 117, where you will receive instructions. If necessary, you will be directed to the right place to receive treatment.
Finla offers our personal customers assistance in the form of rehabilitation services. With us you can find a partner for AKSE – vocational rehabilitation assessment, earnings-related pension rehabilitation or if you want to advance your career with vocational rehabilitation.
