Nutritional guidance

Nutrition is a key area for maintaining work capacity, which has an impact on both daily and long-term work capacity.

Proper nutrition increases your work capacity!

Nutrition is a key component of maintaining work capacity, which has an impact on both daily and long-term work capacity. When nutrition is balanced, it is reflected in employees’ coping skills, alertness, work efficiency, work well-being, overall health, and reduced sick leave.

Nutritional guidance (1h)

We offer nutritional counseling both as a normal appointment at Finlayson and as a video appointment paid for by the company or the client themselves. When paid by the company, it is preventive work that is reimbursed by Kela.

When to see a nutritionist? For example:

  • work that poses a particular risk of illness (e.g. night and shift work)
  • work that is demanding due to occupational safety (e.g. professional drivers, supervisory work)
  • work that makes it difficult to eat during work (e.g. professional drivers, self-employed)
  • functional stomach problems or intestinal disease
  • weight management guidance
  • vigilance problems and fatigue, if there is doubt about nutritional adequacy
  • high blood pressure/cholesterol/blood sugar, diabetes
